What is biNu?

biNu is a mobile app that gives you free airtime on your pre-paid mobile phone in exchange for completing surveys. All you need to do is answer a few short questions when you sign up, and we will match your profile with surveys and other offers to earn free airtime.

Why do I not have any surveys to complete?

The number of surveys available in each location varies over time, but there are likely more coming soon. When we match you with a survey we will notify you to let you know when it is ready. To make sure we can send you surveys, please make sure your contact information is correct on your account profile settings. Also please feel free to take advanatage of our content services like Facebook, news, sports, chat and social while you wait for your next opportunity to earn free airtime.

How do I redeem my airtime?

Login to biNu and go to the biNu Rewards app by following the "Get Free Airtime" icons. Then use the "Get Airtime" link to turn your credits into airtime. Note that you will need a minimum number of credits before you can get airtime. The minimum amounts vary per country.

Why can't I redeem my airtime?

Note that you will need a minimum number of credits before you can get airtime. The minimum amounts vary per country. Make sure that you have a prepaid mobile number confirmed on your account. If the airtime purchase process fails, you will be re-credited the amount back into your account. Once the airtime is back in your account please try again or wait until you have more credits.

I tried to get some airtime, why have I not received it?

Make sure that you have enough credits to buy airtime. You can see your balance on the biNu Credits page that is linked from the biNu Rewards application. If the airtime purchase process fails, you will be re-credited the amount back into your account. Once the airtime is back in your account please try again or wait until you have more credits.

How do I delete my account or remove my phone number?

We would be sad to see you go. If you simply want to stop receiving notifications, please opt out of biNu Rewards by turning off notifications in your Profile settings. You can then still continue to use biNu's other features such as news, sports, chat, social, Facebook and more. Otherise, you can fully delete your account by going to the Profile settings page and using the "Delete account" option.

Why can I not verify my phone number?

It can take up to 24 hours for your confirmation code to get to your phone because of slow networks. Please wait and retry after 24 hours. Each phone number can be linked to only one account. Please make sure that you have not already confirmed this number on another account.

Can I refer a friend?

Yes, you definitely can! We encourage you to tell your friends and family how to get free airtime as well, by downloading biNu from http://m.binu.com.
